Hi guys, I'm stuck. I open ReCap and start a new project, drag the scan across, it starts loading the scan fine, and then at 89% it just stops. No error pops up, and it doesn't close, it just does nothing and stays as in the picture below. I have tried this 4 times already and it just stops at 89% every time. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for participating in our Community! What version of ReCap you are using? What type of data files you have imported in this project? Would you be able to share data file for further investigation?

@anil_mistry I am using the 2017 version of ReCap, and I have attached the .pts file below. Feel free to investigate it and let me know if you were able to launch the project. Your help is very much appreciated!

Thank you for your reply. I tried to download this file from provided link but its not working for me. Somehow my account is not working. Can you upload to A360 drive and share with me. 

 

Also you can find ReCap version by moving mouse over "?" and then clicking on "i":

@anil_mistry I am using version 4.2.1.7... I always keep my products updated so I think this is the latest version. I have uploaded it to A360, but what is the best way to share it with you? I would be glad to do so.

Hi @stevie_kelly,

 

I just want to let you now that I was able to create project, import, Index and Lunch Project fine with ReCap 4.2.1.7 with PTS that was shared with me.

I am not sure happened on your end but try to store file locally (make sure you have enough space available) and then try creating new project.

Yes, this solved the problem. I had to delete temporary files to make space on the disk, and then it worked fine. So simple! Sorry for using your time, but thank you for your help @anil_mistry
