Fix NVIDIA Sound issues in Windows over OTG

If your sound cuts out competely while using OTG in Windows, then you need to follow some steps to adjust some registry settings to resolve this.  I have verified this to work and have had success with other users performing these same steps.  The file is zipped below and is a Microsoft MHT web help file.  You can open it in Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Word, or an MHT viewer app on your phone.

Edit:  I had to fix the contents of the attachment.  This one should open in Word.
