Appearance Profiler Display Order

Hello,

With properties and set profiles identified, what is the order appearance profiler decides how to apply colors?  Top down in the list?  Can you have properties and sets identified?  Does one override the other?

My goal is to have the insulation on my insulated piping show in contrast to the pipe it is applied to.

Thanks.

As far as I know, the order in which appearance profiler items are applied is not documented. I have found that the order seems to come from the list and it is top-down. Items in the list can override previous items.

If you make a search set(s) that can identify the insulation vs the pipe, you should be able to use the search set to assign a color to it.

I created a selection set collecting everything on "AutoCAD Layer contains _Insulation"
