Trouble Viewing RCS/RCP Files in NWD

Having problems viewing scan data files (both RCP and RCS) in Navisworks.  They appear as white geometry lines when I append to the NWD files I'm using.  I have saved the RCS/RCP and NWD files to my desktop and that didn't resolve any issue either.  Screenshot attached for reference...If anyone has had similar issues or can help please let me know!

You surely have the support folder for the scan data pathed right with the .RCP files? Are your point cloud files on your local machine or pulling across a server? Would be best IMO to have a copy of your point cloud data on your local.
Did you try to append the RCS files directly in? I have had to do that before.

As @tcookYCXTL mentioned the NWD file needs the point cloud. You could have one of three issues:  

1. Either the point cloud is not available. If this is the make sure the whole RCP project is available.
2. The path to the point cloud is not solved. You should get a message that will allow you to re-path.
3. NWD file was Saved instead of Publish. In the publish options, make sure that "Embed Recap and Texture data" checkbox is checked.
