loss autodesk material properties

Hey folks!

Many properties within Autodesk Material Category disappear  when i open it in another computer.

My option settings is defalut.

Any help?

what type of file are you opening (NWD, NWD, DWG, etc)?

I am not an FBX expert, but it is my understanding (admittedly limited) that the FBX file contans all the data about a scene. So it is similar to a NWD file rather than a NWF.

Assuming that you are picking the same object on both machines (I would verify this is the selection tree), then it would lead me to believe that there is some Navisworks setting that is different between the two machines.

I would submit a ticket to Autodesk and see what they say. If you could report back, that would be great.
