Pyramid elements are a very good way to quickly connect nice and clean hex mesh with a TET10 mesh.  This is very usefull for contact, non-linear and large scale model with refined areas...   Since it's becoming easier in many mesher to get these elements, it would be nice to have it supported   As NX Nastran, consider the support of a CPYRAM element.
