Your file has no input for the analysis. Can you attach the file that has the Nastran setup?
In general, a singularity indicates the analysis is not statically stable, either because
- Some piece of the model is not constrained properly. You have 3 separate pieces in a part file. (Normally, you use an assembly when you want separate pieces, not a part file.) Did you define contact between the pieces?
- The material properties create a condition that is similar to rigid body motion. For example, a Poisson's ratio of 0.5 leads to a shear modulus of rigidity of 0 which allows infinite motion with 0 stress.
- The mesh is distorted which mathematically creates a matrix of equations which has no solution.
