I have a a file that only works with Directx 11 and this plug in is not showing up at all in the plugin manager. I have looked to just download the plugin separately but I have not been able to find one.

In Preferences you can set Viewport mode / Render engine to "DirectX".
I believe the problem is because I’m using a Mac instead of a PC. That’s why it’s not showing up.
Sorry, you can't use DirectX with Mac.
