Where is the aiCurvature node in arnold maya 2017. I've downloaded the alshaders but that's different from the one discussed in the online docs from solidangle. There is even a picture of the Attributes for it.

What versions of Maya and MtoA do you have?

The Curvature shader was added in MtoA 1.4.0, which is the version of MtoA that shipped with Maya 2017 Update 2.

Maya 2017 Update 3 includes MtoA 1.4.2

And the most recent MtoA is MtoA 1.4.2.2
