Hi, I am having a bit of trouble with the transfer attributes. I modeled a character completely in Maya then I exported the model to ZBrush where I placed textures and color and afterwards I exported the model back into Maya with the UV map. Once the model was imported back into Maya alongside the UV maps, I followed along on a tutorial, I made a duplicate of the model then I opened the options window of transfer attributes where I selected topology. The problem started when I hit the apply button on the transfer attributes where nothing happens however a new tab opens up in the attributes editor. I even made sure that the model doesn't have non-manifold geometry and if was clean. Can someone help?

New Edit: I installed the new Maya both 2023 and 2024 versions to see if updating would work but unfortunately it didn't work and still does the same thing as above. Need some help please.
