Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!

Do you have the Xgen plugins enabled?

If so, you might want to try disabling them and then re-enabling them.

You can also try deleting your settings/preferences and then launch Maya and re-enable the Xgen plug-ins.

The problem was solved when I removed the program from the computer and manually deleted the folder "maya", "x gen", "panel" from C:\Users\Users name\Documents. And I re-installed the program-everything worked.
