Is anybody running Maya 2018 on Surface Book(not Surface Book 2) succssuccely.  I am thinking of buying Surface book i7, 16gb, nVidia GTX 965M 2gb.

Another alternative option is :

HP ENVY x360 15-cn0008na 

Intel Core i7,

16 GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 15.6",

NVIDIA GeForce MX150 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

If anybody has this one and it works ok with Maya 2018, let me know, please.

I gave up the idea of buying 2 in 1. I will get a normal laptop and a separate Wacom tablet. I came across very nice MSI gaming laptops.
