No keyframe in graph editor in Maya

There're just black lines instead of keyframe. I don't know what I pressed but I'm a starter in Maya. Please help.Untitled.png

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!

 

A quick fix for an issue like this would be to try deleting your settings/preferences.

 

Also, what GPU are you using and are the drivers the same as our certified hardware list?

Hi, I tried to reset the preferences to default (renamed the prefs folder as instructed) but it's still the same. I'm using Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3520M CPU @ 2.90GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.9GHz and my graphic card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.

Hi @Anonymous

 

The problem might be your GPU. We generally don't recommend integrated graphics to be the only GPU power as they aren't strong enough to properly run Maya.

 

That said, you could also try changing your rendering engine under Windows->Settings/Prefs->Settings->Display.

Well, I tried go to Windows->Settings/Preferences->Preferences->Animation->Graph Editor UI change to Classic and it works fine.
