Hi one of my student got new HP laptop and tried to install maya 14 and 18 version both but all four views which we see normally getting white screen all

over in all view need help to fix the issue can any one faced the same issue please help me to solve the issue.

I guess it's graphics card or graphics card driver issue.

Could you try to change VP2.0 setting? In preferences, set vp2.0 to other mode.

What kind of GPU is in the laptop?

Are the drivers up to date?

Generally with this type of issue its due to a GPU error and/or the viewport like @tony.su said.
