Maya 2018 View port is cut off / missing

I'm having a hard time figuring why the viewport doesn't display correctly.

I deleted the prefs folder already but it doesn't help. 
Please refer to the attached image.

This is most likely an issue with your GPU.

What GPU are you using and are the drivers up to date?

I pulled out my system information, I was not sure in specific how to find my computer GPC but I attached 2 screenshots with the relevant info. 

Meanwhile, I reinstall Maya and the viewport works normally.
