Maya 2017 OpenCL evaluator issue

hi guys,

 

i just installed maya 2017. But then it got stuck when its loading the front page. And my output window said :

 

Initialized VP2.0 renderer {
Version : 2016.3.18.11. Feature Level 5.
Adapter : AMD Radeon R7 M265
Vendor ID: 4098. Device ID : 2582
Driver : .
API : OpenGL V.4.5.
Max texture size : 16384 * 16384.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!

 

 

I've seen this issue before and the first and best step is to update your graphics card drivers as well as any other devices that may need a drivers up date!

 

 

That should solve the issue but if it doesn't feel free to let me know and we can troubleshoot some more!
