I am getting this error whenever I click in FumeFX.mll loaded button in the plugin manager
// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2019/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 289: The specified procedure could not be found.
(FumeFX)
Hi @Anonymous
There may be something wrong the fume plugin. Try deleting your settings/preferences and then enable the plugin again.

Hi @Anonymous
Hmm ok.
Do you have the most recent version of Fume installed? Also by chance do you have an older version of Maya like 2018 and does fume work with it?

Hi!
Since yesterday I have this same issue in maya 2018.5 importing a FBX created in Max 2018.
I´ve tried:
- to delete Prefs,
- import by MEL:
FBXImport -file "c:/PATH2MyFileHere.fbx";
- open from Max into a new scene in Maya
and nothing!
The error code:
Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2018/scripts/others/performFileAction.mel line 375:
But the script is OK!
-tried to delete this script, Maya creates a new one with the same error!
Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2018/scripts/others/performFileAction.mel line 375:
Solved!
I´ve changed the directory name from:
laosСupboard
to
laoscupboard
and everything is back to "normal again", including VRImage to EXR Converter too.
Hope this helps others1
