I have not long installed Maya and this error does not stop Maya from loading but It is annoying.   Each time Maya loads I get a pop up warning saying the following

GlinvisibleWindow:maya.exe -Entry Point Not Found.

The procedure entry point fatbinaryCtl could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\nvopencl.dll

anyone got a clue how I can fix this ?

I'm currently having the same issue.  My drivers are up to date but it's still occurring.  Also, all the files that it can't find are located in the folder that it is looking for.   Should I just reinstall?
