How to make part of the object morph following a path

I am trying to make my character have this sort of effect: only one part of the body is morphing along the path, not the whole body, the examples below are videos from Balenciaga's instagram. I was trying using Curve Warp but I can only get the whole body moving along the path instead of just one part. Any ideas how to do that??

Hello,

For the first three images, you only need a simple bend deformer.
For the fourth one, you can use the curve Wrap, but you have to build a straight curve going from the head to the feet first, Then apply the deformer, and after that, shape your curve.
I found actually easier to use a simple wire deformer (one of the most powerful Maya deformers)
in combination with a twist deformer. (applying the twist before the wire).
So the trick is to create a straight curve first and to deform your character with it...

Check my attached scene,

Cheers
