Prompted Entries in custom title block not showing up

So I have a custom title block that I use for all of my drawings. I get the prompted entries dialog box, fill in all of my information that I need and then it doesn't show up in my drawing. What could have gone wrong here?

I ended up just closing Inventor and opening it back up and that fixed the problem. Not sure what was going on, but it hasn't done it since. Thanks!
