Migrating the plugin for Inventor 2023 to Inventor 2026

Hi, I migrated from Inventor 2023 to Inventor 2026. I have a plugin for opening drawings. The plugin works in Inventor 2023. It works in Inventor 2026 when the model/drawing is saved in Inventor 2023. It does not work in Inventor 2026 when the model/drawing is saved in Inventor 2026. What do I need to change to make it work? The plugin is attached.

Hello @pavol_krasnansky1 

1. this is not not a add in
2. the reference to the Autodesk Inventor is made by a newer version than the drawing created with.
3. Using apprentice server.

Solution:

1. Create a real add-in to avoid problems with version of the Inventor Application
2. Install apprentice server separately maybe you forgot to install
