IDW sketch symbol location customization

Hi Everyone

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to Fix a sketch symbol from the bottom right corner of the sheet so that if the sheet size changes the sketch symbol will remain in the same position according to the borrom right of the page.

I know its an odd one

Have an insertion point on your border. Attach symbol to border with leader.
