Help with create new popup button/command to right-click mouse

Dears,

I'm trying to adding some popup button instead button on Tab Ribbon.

Something looks like that: [Drawing Size]

But I don't know how to add it in another area (2; 3; 4; 5....)

I also wanna add right click popup menu when right click the file in Model Browser like this:

Please help me some resource that relative to it.
