From Solidworks to Inventor: user shortcuts and tips

Hello helpful people,

I'm trying to find a couple of the most useful features i used in SolidWorks and I have not been able to find Inventor equivalents yet, I'm hoping someone may be able to help. 

Also, any additional recommendations for transitioning between solidworks to inventor would be appreciated. 

1. When I am in an assembly, is there a way to have left click select a face/edge rather than the entire part/body? 

2. Is there any way to have the command tree show you when an item is not fully constrained?

 3. Is there any way to have the command tree show you the part's description?

4. Is there any way to have the command tree automatically put all of your constraints into a folder?

4. Is there a way to see what items have been selected within a constraint? they don't seem to always highlight.

Shift + right click in the main area or click the button at the top.

No but you can goto view>Degrees of Freedom and see which parts cannot be moved.

No. You're going to have to make a macro.

4. Is there a way to see what items have been selected within a constraint? they don't seem to always highlight.

They should be always highlighting. You can change the highlight color by going to Tools>Application Options>Colors and change the color scheme. I prefer high contrast. Also you can select a constraint in the tree and click "Other Half" to find the other part it is constrained to.
