Content Center Editing

Content Center Editing

Hi,

I currently work with Inventor 2014 and have been tasked with updating and fixing our content center. The content center is stored on a server and I have been given administrative access to in order to edit it. The content center library that we use consists of all custom parts in a read/write environment. However, it seems as though I don't have access to many of the editing features that I need. I am unable to update and map parameters, create or delete categories, or delete or update families. I can add more options and sizes into our current library but this is little help when the parts themselves need to be edited and have additional parameters added.

Is this an issue that others have run into? Do I need to work on the same computer that the server is hosted on in order to have full access to make edits as required? Again, I have the highest possible access level and seem to have limited editing options.

Thanks,

Bryan Dyck
