In Inventor2018 I made a sketch on x,y-plane, The extrude of it is in the graphic screen in the vertical position (z-axis)

In Inventor2019 the extrude of a sketch on x,y-plan shows in the graphic screen the y-axis in the vertical position. However I want the z-axis in the vertical position, just as in Inventor2018. Which setting have I to change?

How can I redefine the home view and get the new home view in the template file?

Hi,

1. When you create New File, ipt/iam, are you use default template?

2. Or use you own file template, base on default template (Save As Template)?

3. Did you set view cube? Default when you select "Front View" are same orientation view with XY plane.

How to change:

select "Bottom View" as showed, right click in viewcube > Set Current View as > Front

 

Don't forgot to Save as Template
