vb.net .pdb or symbols.vb not found

I get this all of the sudden and am not sure what I did to cause it, and I can't solve it. The stuff I read online are not in layman's terms.

This seems to be helping, but I'm not sure why. Debug-->Options-->Debugging-->General-->Check "Enable Just My Code".
