Update Sketch via .net

Hello all,

I am running into a problem with modifying a sketch in a part... I am using .net to update parameters within a part file. One of the parameters updates a pattern of circles within a sketch by increasing or decreasing the number of holes needed in the pattern. Everything updates properly with the exception of the sketch. It becomes hung-up and will not update. If I open the part manually grab one of the circles within the sketch with my cursor everything snaps into place based on the modified parameters. Not sure why this is hanging, I messed with a few work around but have not had any luck. Anyone have ideas why this happens?

Sorry, this is a huge application... thousands of lines. To cut out the specific code would not be able to be run. But not worries, I got it.... I was casting an incorrect unit type.

Thanks for jumping to try and help. Kinda figures as soon as I gave in and went for help I'd figure it out. Only took a good week!

Thanks,

Bill

Why is that?

I make the sketch visible in a view that is placed on a 2d drawing. I then dimension to known references of the sketch. It has worked consistently till now. If I write simple VBA code within the part it updates just fine. For some reason in my .net code it does not want to update. It seems as though it does not like the patterning of components, not sure why. I thought I had it last Friday but it did it again when I corrected my units.
