Run multiple rules via one rule

Instead of having to run each rule individually, is it possible to run mutiple rules via one rule?

So that I just have to run that one rule, which will then run the others?

If it's an external rule, do I then still use 

iLogicVb.RunRule("Rule name")

I'm asking, cause after I moved my local to external rules, this isn't working anymore
