Print a excel sheet with iLogic rule
You would need to look at the Excel API to be able to perform functions within excel.
You can start the code with and run through inventor, but you will need to access excel api.
MSDN or a quick google search can probably get you started.

Yes.
That doesn't matter. You still need to have excel open, and thus use it's API to give it commands. Everything iLogic/API does with excel is actually accessing the EXCEL API (it's just not visible to the user).
Everything in the inventor API does not support printing excel sheets. This would be done through the Excel Automation object from within the inventor API if it were possible though.
