Newbie want to know how do program a simple ilogic formrules

Hi all

I want to create a part that is a wall with studs. As the wall changes length it adds or subtracts studs.

I know how to create a simple form that will change the basic parameters I just don't know how to get started on the other part above.

it's a 96" wall.  The end studs will always remain

If the wall is 96" then all studs remain

If its <= then 84" Stud #1 is removed

If its <= then 68" Stud #1 and 2  is removed

If its <or= than 52" Stud #1 , 2 & 3 is removed

and so on and  so and so on

I named each  stud extrusion 

Can I rename the parameter name too instead of D61 or whatever number and not screw things up.

Or is that just extra unnecessary work since the parameters are listed by parameters and names in the rule dialog

I would say the easiest way possible that can be used over and over again

If I dont need to progam it that fine as long as I dont have to go back and manually suppress  elements manuallly

Out of the box inventor is the easiest and best way. So without programming.
Will come back to it earliest tomorrow.
