Measure tool works weird....

Hello friends, after reinstalling Inventor 2019, the measure tool started working in a weird way.

When I try to measure the diameter, it shows it in blue, somewhere off the screen.

Previously it was showing it in black right on the face I was measuring. Maybe you know how do I get this feature back?

Is that leader note always ending up outside the model screen, or just sometimes?

I'm using Inventor Pro 2021.1, and I have to really zoom in and try to make it happen that way, but I can still duplicate a similar scenario.  It's pretty rare though.

Basically it happens all the time. Previously on win7 / inventor 2019 it was working fine, problem appeared then I switched to win10 and reinstalled the same inventor 2019.
