Inventor crashes while closing down when userform addin is active

Title sais all basically, if I close down inventor with my addins' userfrom active, I get a crash while inventor is closing.

How do I prevent this?

add some code to unload form in addin deactivate sub...

I've just added

form.Close() to the deactivate sub, this works. Kind of obvious. Thanks though!
