My company has used global forms to centralize a few key rules we use often. We have multiple global forms that group together key rules. For some reason, one (of course the primary one) no longer opens up the form with the buttons, but other forms still open. To my eye, I see no difference in how they are set up. Below shows the global form for the groups.
Below shows the form for the group that will not open.
Is there anything that would prevent a global form from opening and displaying the buttons as normal?
