iLogic Forms Suppressing Features

Hi There,

I'm trying to suppress and un-suppress a feature when clicking on iLogic tab.

Basically when i click on the tab for my iLogic form i want the emboss feature to become un-suppressed but when i close my iLogic from i want the emboss feature to suppress.

Is this achievable.

Any help would be great.

Dan

Hello Dan,

To understand clearly, Do you want to suppress a part when you open the iLogic browser?

Or do you want to suppress a part when you have an iLogic Form? ( with a button )

Hi Jay,

Thanks for your reply.

I want to suppress a feature in a part when clicking on button to close iLogic form

and for the feature to unsuppress when opening the ilogic form back up in the part.

Regards

Alright I absolutely understand you now, after googling about 10 minutes my best offer for you is to create the form in visual studio. You can fire a rule inside (Form.open) event. I've yet to find a form.open event in inventor though.

Forget what i just said,

You should use the VBA editor inside inventor. Create the form inside of it.

I've put the sample subroutines that you should fill. "Activate" and "Deactivate"
