ILogic breaks Inventor when new rule is created or when existing rule is edited

Having an issue when attempting to edit an existing ILogic rule throughout my whole 2020 Inventor application. I have updated to the newest version of Inventor, Repaired Inventor, and tried loading and unloading ILogic. Still every time I try to add/edit a rule in a part, or assembly, my Inventor will completely freeze, I cant even close the application through the menu, I have to use Task Manager to close. Running an existing rule still works, Functions still works, Add Form still works, and the add/edit Rule still works on other coworkers computers. It started this morning before I updated but yesterday I was able to Edit and Add rules.

Just some questions that will make helping you easier. Do you have a problem with a rule in a part/assembly or an external rule? Can you share the rule?

I also have that problem when it comes to any of the external rules we have set up.
