i have a error 16 and i can't fix it

I first couldn't download Inventor. To fix that, I deleted all the Autodesk files (or at least I thought I did that), becaus I think I left some files behind. After that, AutoCAD stopped working and gave me an error (I’m not sure which one). I managed to fix that, but now Inventor isn't working and shows Error 16. I tried a clean install, but it didn’t help.
