How can I change the scale of my model?

Good times to You! I have a question: How can I change the scale of my model? In 2019th version of Inventor I have been doing this by <<derived component>>, where I was changing the scale that needed. But I can not find any ways to change scale in 2020th version.

So how cab I do it?
