Hatch by material not updating when changing material

Dear,

I'm having the next problem,:

When I change the material of a part the hatch in 2D isn't changing with it. like you see in the example. I've changed the part from insulation to wood but the hatch remains the hatch for insulation. Even the detailview doesn't change but when I move the detailwindow next to the changed part and then move the window again over the changed part, the hatch changes. Anny solutions to that problem?

With kind regards,

Tom

You would likely get a faster response in the regular Inventor forum than the Ilogic forum.  Have you set up the style by material? If so after you make a change you might need to select by material again to push through the change on existing hatching. You might need to do a style update if you have done a global change.

Sample:

Changed the material and added hatching, carried out a new section B-B material by hatch is correct. But existing hatch is unchanged.

After selecting the hatch and selecting by material it then updates the  existing hatching
