Custom Form With Date Issue

Have a problem with a custom form I created. The form consolidates the iProperties we use in one form instead of having to deal with all the tabs and unnecessary iProperties that we do not need to create our drawings. The issue we are having is that when we remove the date from the "Author By", "CHK'D By" & "Sales" dates fields so they will show blank, the title block populates itself with "1/1/1601" which has to be some type of glitch with the Inventor software because we have used this form for at least 6 years without issue. We just patched all Engineering computers with Inventor Professional 2018.3 On Friday. This has to be from that patch. This is only occurring on one of the patched workstations.  We cannot duplicate this on any other machine running the same patch. 

Has anyone else had this issue?

If so how did you fix it?

There are a few other threads about this issue already. This one seems to have a solution, though I have not tested it.

Yes I read those, they don't tell me anything more than I already know. I can bypass the issue if I use the Inventor iProperties form. The whole purpose of creating my custom form is that it makes our efficiencies way higher when I can use my own form. When can we expect a solution to this, not a band-aid.

Can you please check Date issue (Expression of iProperty) after installing Inventor 2018.3.1 patches? Seems that date issue is resolved in this patch (2018.3.1)
