Create Form from toolbar or ribbons

HI All

This is very interesting and really help full if we can make it, 

Can we make the i-logic form but the inputs from tool bar or ribbons, for example i want to make a form that contains 

1. Standard (from Documents Settings)

2. Units(from Documents Settings)

3. project (from IProperties)

etc..

Please Advise

I have created an add-in for it in our company.
So this will also be possible within I-logic.
I still think that creating an add-in is the easier way and has more functionality if created with VB.net or Equal.
