Can we insert same component multiple time with different dimensions?

Hello, 

I am working on an automation project. We are designing configurable model to upload on Configurator 360. Now We can have multiple instances of one assembly at the same time but with different dimensions for each of them. Same assembly needs to be placed side by side, using predefined joints, but with different parameters for each of them. 

We have built the assembly with 56 repeat models. Now, for iLogic, I can make 56 copies or each components and create same configurable assembly 56 times and then create master assembly placing all 56 assembly I created. Now,I can control them, using iLogic. But it's inefficient method I guess and there must be some simple method to do this . If anyone can help?

Hi! At the moment, Inventor part or assembly file can only have one geometric condition at a time. You cannot have a part sometimes 2 in long and sometimes 4 in long. It has to be 2 in long or 4 in long, not both.
