Can not extrude after import dwg to sketch

Hello everybody, 

I have problem with using API to import dwg file then extrude them.

If I import that file to inventor sketch by hand, everything is OK, i can extrude immediately. But with that dwg file, if i using vbnet to import dwg file to inventor sketch,. Importing successful, but I can not extrude. I don't know why, pls help.

I attached my dwg for someone can use.

Are you importing to  a new part?

Is this part saved before Import?

Is this part saved After Import?

• Try a save after the import...

What version of inventor are you using?
