We are using the version of Autodesk Inventor 2013

Does the Users have the Access to Set Defult BOM Structure . Obviously we got to View the BOM view in a pattern, But It seems we got have to Customize it everytime. only alternative seems to be Export an xml?

Set your BOM structure up how you like in your IAM templates. Otherwise, import/make a rule to import you exported BOM structure customization.
