Add card to the Sheet Metal Defaults

We work with a lot of card and it would be very useful to have card in the sheet metal default option bit, I've realised that adding card to library allows me to do this, but I have Card-445 as the only option- what sort of card is this?

Also I'm not sure whether the Default_KFactor is what I want and whether any of the other options would be better?

The same goes to the bend and corner options.

Anyone have any advice?

What do you mean by Card? I have never heard of this before.

As in thick paper- not like cardboard, but like the stuff cereal boxes are made form. This is what I need.
