3D PDF template customization

Hello,

I am trying to create a custom template for a 3D PDF that will support reduced dimension drafting. I would like to have a multiple sheet drawing that allows me to provide traditionally drafted views in addition to the 3D pdf sheet (to ease our way into MBD).

Has anyone gone down this road already? Can anyone lead me to tips on template customization?

Thanks for the response. I'd found that PDF and it got me off to a good start.

I'm still looking specifically for a way to create a combined drawing with traditional AND 3D PDF sheets.

Combining 'normal' pdf and 3D pd different ways.

1) Manually by copy and paste a 3d pdf sheet into a normal pdf. This 3d pdf will be a new sheet in the normal pdf.

2) Adobe adopted a kind of Java Script which can be used inside a pdf file. I think are options available to make some code inhere to include two documents
