Why the errors T2002 and T2003 appears during an analysis?

Hello!

Why the errors T2002 and T2003 appears during an analysis when I set the orientation of shell elemets? Without specifying orientation, the analysis is complited.

Hi @smirnov.da 

 

Your issue looks like this problem on knowledge.autodesk.com. See T2002 and T2003 errors during a Nastran analysis.

 

Instead of editing the Nastran file as suggested in the article, you could try rotating the material axis by 90 degrees. (Then switch the X and Y material properties, or 1 and 2 material properties.) Let us know if that works and I will add the suggestion to the article.

Hello!

I rotated the orientation axis of the material 90 degrees and rotated the coordinate system for this shell panel.

During the analysis,  received a E5000 error, I fought it and killed it😅. I got strange results for this panel which are shown below...
