Currently when I'm working my workflow is to create drawings of assemblies for customer review, sometimes only one part changes in length, and maybe have 1 component swap (a flange size). So my current workflow is create an assembly, save a second copy, adjust the length of the part, swap out a component and save as a separate assembly.
When it comes to drawings I usually fully detail one page then I have to copy the sheet to a new drawing replace model reference and copy it back to the original drawing since there isn't an option on the replace model reference dialog to apply to the current sheet only.
Does it work, yes, does it flow like it should in late 2024, no, it does not.
