Only way to currently modify tolerance on an extrusion is through parameters, would be nice to have it in extrusion distance, like it is when modifying a sketch dimension.

Not exactly the "only" way. Right-click on extrusion and click "Show Dimensions".  Double click on the extrusion length and you can add a tolerance there.

I agree, there should be consistency.

It should also be implemented on rotation command.

For many years it has been possible to provide extrusion with a model tolerance.
Since the new design of the dialgoboxes this contect-menu "Tolerance" has been forgotten by Autodesk.
Please re-introduce the model tolerances for 3D functions as well.

While I definitely agree that Autodesk needs to add that option to 3D commands, the post I'm linking has a current workaround in the meantime.

The possibility to add tolerances should be added for all 3D feature creations consistently.
