Color dimension difference in idw

Each dimension type should have a different color.

1. Drawing dimension, added to the drawing

2. Drawing dimension, added to the drawing and manually rewritten

3. Dimensions on the drawing added to the drawing and disconnected (unrated reference)

4. Dimensions on the drawing retrieved from the model (Retrieve Model Annotations)
